Ans:-My Account is a customer´s exclusive space on Khanna Publishers website that holds all their account, profile and order information. It is easy to update your Khanna Publishers account page, just login with your user name and password to edit or view your orders any time through 'My Account'.
'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Khanna Publishers:

Q :- How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Ans:- Once you have placed an order with Khanna Publishers and payment authorization has been received, the publisher confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your transaction. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. OD01202130213), a listing of the book(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified when the publisher ships the book(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Q :- Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Ans:-Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability with sellers on Khanna Publishers.

Q :- What do the different order statusesmean?

Ans :- Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed by us.
Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery. Note the Tracking ID and Track your Order.
Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

Q :- When and how can I cancel an order?

Ans :- You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Shipped" state. To cancel, please Contact Us with the order number.

Ans :- There are no extra delivery charges levied by us.

Q :- Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroietc) on items sold by sellers?

Ans :- No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Khanna Publishers. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. There are no delivery charges levied by us.

Q :- What is the estimated delivery time?

Ans :- Khanna Publishers generally ship the items within 4-5 working days after receiving payment/authorization from the payment gateway. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors

Ans :- As of now, Khanna Publishers doesn't deliver items internationally.

Ans :- You can cancel any item in your order, till before the item is shipped.

- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
- In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
- Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

Q :- Why do I see a disabled 'Cancel' link?

Ans :- A disabled 'Cancel' link can mean the following things:
- The item is being shipped together with another order of yours

Q :- How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Ans :- Once you request the cancellation of book(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
The refunded amount will be made available immediately through the account you had paid.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Khanna Publishers.

Q :- What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Ans :- In order to confirm cancellation of book(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction
Once you have requested the cancellation of book(s) in your order, Khanna Publishers will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund
Cancellations made against credit card payment will be refunded through your individual credit card service.
